Eligibility Criteria
- Design Skills: Hands-on experience or a strong baseline knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of Social Media Platforms, SEO, and Content Marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong visual aesthetics, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- A strong portfolio (even conceptual or personal projects) demonstrating your design style is highly preferred.
- Eager to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Content Creation: Design engaging graphics, banners, layouts, and short-form video elements for social media, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling, publishing, and managing daily content across various social platforms to boost engagement.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, helping to align visual assets with marketing strategies and lead generation goals.
- SEO & Web Support: Help optimize website imagery and text to improve search visibility and user experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep track of which visual styles and campaigns perform best and report insights to the team.
