Position Overview

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR generalist roles.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with change management concepts and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR analytics, HR policies, and employee engagement practices.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of organizational change management initiatives.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, communication sessions, and internal HR initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes, employee development programs, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, and basic HR analytics for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure HR strategies align with organizational goals and culture.
